How to make the coconut milk coffee?
In general, Ca phe sua dua is an easily-made drink. Firstly, we need to brew the coffee. Traditionally, Vietnamese uses the filter set called as Phin including a filter chamber, filter press, lid, filter spanner and glass to do this step. The filter chamber and its spanner are placed on mouth of the glass. Right after, coffee powder plus hot water is added in turn into the chamber, then cover it by lid and wait for 4 to 6 minutes. Coffee will drip slowly into the glass via small holes at the bottom of filter chamber as well as of spanner. When stop dripping, remove whole Phin. If have an Espresso machine at home, take the coffee straight from.
Next, use the mixer to blend the ice, coconut milk and condensed milk altogether until become a smooth paste. This mixture is poured into the glass and combined with filter coffee then. In case of someone prefer to hot drinking, do the same recipe and without ice.
